BIOLOGIX PCR plates are designed for reliable and efficient molecular biology workflows. Available in 96-well format with full-skirted, half-skirted, and non-skirted options, they combine excellent heat transfer, durable mechanical strength, and universal compatibility to meet the demands of both manual and automated PCR applications.
Characteristics
☑️ Made of medical-grade polypropylene, 0.1ml & 0.2ml all available.
☑️ Available in three types: full-skirted plates, half-skirted plates, and non-skirted plates.
☑️ Half-skirted plates are easy to insert and remove, non-skirted design is more adaptable, full-skirted plate has PC material frame to enhance mechanical strength, making it excellent for use with robotic platforms in an automated workflow.
☑️ Ultra-thin wall of uniform thickness—accelerates heat transfer; half-skirted plate provides superior rigidity, non-skirted plate easy to be cut.
☑️ Alphanumeric coding assists in sample organization; convex design around the aperture for leak-proof performance.
☑️ DNase-, RNase-, and endotoxin-free.
☑️ Wide temperature range: stable from -20ºC to 100ºC.
☑️ Universal fit for PCR instruments; withstands centrifugation of 6,000 RCF in a fully supported rotor.
