Το ABR είναι ένας πλήρως αυτοματοποιημένος αναλυτής διαπερατότητας, σχεδιασμένος για μελέτες διαχωρισμού αερίων και ατμών. Διαθέτει ενσωματωμένο τετραπολικό φασματόμετρο μάζας, προσφέροντας υψηλής ακρίβειας ανάλυση σε πραγματικό χρόνο για τις δυναμικές ρόφησης και διαπερατότητας υλικών.
Automated Breakthrough Analyzer
The ABR is a dedicated breakthrough analyzer with fully programmable operation, including control of total pressure, flow rate, composition, and temperature. Samples are loaded into interchangeable reactor beds and dried in-situ using purge gas or vacuum at elevated temperature. Reactive gas mixtures are then flowed through the bed, and the downstream composition is determined in real-time with an integrated mass spectrometer.

Applications
The ABR is primarily designed to support researchers in characterizing the gas separation properties of small quantities of novel sorbent materials such as metal-organic frameworks (MOFs), zeolitic imidazolate frameworks (ZIFs), covalent organic frameworks (COFs), and other porous materials, without requiring the time or cost of producing large sample volumes.
Larger beds enable evaluation of commercial sorbents and allow lab-scale validation of process models.
