The Monochromator UV/VIS/IR is a device that converts white light into monochromatic light for precise spectral analysis. It features automated grating switching, slit width control, and output wavelength selection, enabling accurate and flexible operation across the UV, visible, and IR ranges.
Monochromator UV/VIS/IR
Description

Monochromator UV/VIS/IR
The Monochromator with the Czerny-Turner configuration selects a monochromatic portion of the white light at input. The instrument is equipped with a motorized turret with four slots. When the mirror is used on one of the turret’s slots, the instrument may also provide adjustable white light at the output slit. The entrance and output slits placement may be adjusted. Two input slits with two separate light sources may extend the output wavelength range and the range of applications in research. The spectral resolution depends on the grating type and the output and input slits width. The Monochromator is ready to be combined with other experimental instrumentation. All the performance parameters are controlled via software.
Depending on the custom gratings selection, the Monochromator may work in UV, VIS and/or IR range.
