Santa Cruz Biotechnology

Santa Cruz Biotechnology is expanding its monoclonal antibody product line, offering a comprehensive selection targeting both mammalian and non-mammalian proteins. These monoclonal antibodies cover essentially all targets addressed by polyclonal antibodies, providing researchers with high specificity and reproducibility.

For mammalian target proteins, primary antibodies have been characterized for reactivity against mouse, rat, and human proteins. Additionally, many antibodies demonstrate cross-reactivity with equine, bovine, canine, feline, caprine, porcine, and ovine proteins, making them ideal for veterinary research.

For non-mammalian targets, primary antibodies are available for bacterial, viral, plant, zebrafish, and Drosophila proteins. These antibodies are validated for various applications, including Western blot, immunoprecipitation, immunostaining, and flow cytometry. A broad selection of secondary antibodies, control immunoglobulins, and control sera is also available for multiple species.

PRIMARY MONOCLONAL ANTIBODIES

Santa Cruz Biotechnology offers a diverse range of Primary Antibodies and ImmunoCruz® Conjugates for precise detection and analysis of target proteins. These antibodies support techniques like Western blot (WB), immunoprecipitation (IP), immunofluorescence (IF), immunohistochemistry (IHCP), flow cytometry (FCM), and ELISA, aiding research on cellular processes, signaling pathways, and disease mechanisms.

For secondary detection, conjugates with HRP, PE, and FITC provide versatile experimental options. Extensive validation ensures consistent performance across applications, while multiple formats accommodate diverse research needs.
