FineTest® protein expression platform solves various difficulties in protein expression and expression to meet different applications. FineTest® protein services provided over 5,000 recombinant proteins expressed by HEK293 and E.Coli for WB, ELISA application, covering common species(e.g. human) for inflammatory factors, signaling pathways, diagnostic materials, receptor proteins, enzymes, antigens etc. Besides His tag and GST tag, we developed special IF2DI tag with high-efficient solubility which can greatly improve the protein expression. Featured services like protein labeling and conjugation are also available. Also we accept custom protein production.
FineTest® protein expression platform uses multiple purification methods to maintain the protein purity, including affinity purification, ion exchange, hydrophobic chromatography etc. We also have advanced refolding technology for insoluble proteins, and try our best to restore protein conformation as well as keeping its property to natural protein.
Advantages of FineTest® Protein
Soluble Protein
The self-developed pET28a-IF2DI expression vector has the powerful IF2DI tag, which has better soluble expression effect on very hydrophobic proteins. Perfectly replace tags like GST, MBP etc. The smaller molecular weight has a lower effect on the expression of target proteins.

Unlabeled Protein
According to customers’ requirements, IF2DI tag can be removed by Thrombin cleavage site to obtain the unlabeled protein. There is no effect on the protein activity.

Inclusion Body Protein
For insoluble protein aggregates, FineTest uses the unique protein refolding technolog to refold in the suitable buffer system and also obtain the target protein in the form of supernatant. The activity of nearly 100 proteins has been validated.

Custom Recombinant Protein
FineTest can produce any custom protein according to customers’ requirements. Only protein name, Uniprot ID and applications are required.

Since 2016, FineTest products have been used by global and domestic scientific research institutions, universities and pharmaceutical platforms. The quantity of citations are always rapidly increasing due to the investment on R & D of our products.
